Great experience.

Loved that Scott was personable and answered my questions. Showed me all the features of the car I thought I wanted and took me for a test drive. Actually drove me to my community where I felt comfortable driving a new car. When I had decided, he walked me through the process and introduced me to the financial guy and when that was done introduced me to the mechanics and staff at the garage. Saw to it that my car had everything done it needed for me to pick up when agreed. Followed up with emails etc. All in all I have the car I want and Scott was an easy salesman - no pressure just help.

Fast, efficient and professional service. Courteous, helpful staff that made the experience flow well from beginning to end. Jamison caught a future potential issue with a small leakage of oil and rectified it! Yay!

The purchasing of our first used vehicle at Hudson's Listowel Kia was a very positive experience. Everyone we met at the dealership interacted with us in a friendly and professional manner. We especially appreciated the fact that we did not feel pressured by anyone throughout the entire process. We have also been impressed with the follow up phone calls and email messages.

Although it is a busy dealership, I never felt rushed during my two purchases from Tim. He is a consummate professional and a top notch salesperson. Whenever I visit the dealership, I am greeted in a friendly welcoming manner from the entire staff. It must be a great place to work because everyone is sure happy :) It's worth the drive to Listowel to find the perfect vehicle that suits you and for a far better price...believe me, we made the comparison......there is none. worth the drive

I had a seven hour drive to the dealership from where I lived. Most of the transaction took place online and the dealership was very easy to work with to complete the deal. I had probably a dozen emails to Scott with regards to my trade and the car I was purchasing. the overall process once I arrived at the dealership seem to take a long time but they did keep me well entertained. they were having some computer issues but I got myself under way and got back home with my new car. I was a little disappointed that my windshield was very dirty on the inside of the car with a lot of fingerprints and smear marks other than that I have absolutely no complaints at all and I think the dealer went above and beyond to track down some special parts for my vehicle that I needed in order to purchase it. I would not hesitate in making the 7 hour journey to buy another vehicle from this dealership.

After having a not-so-great experience at a different dealership I came to Listowel Kia from a recommendation by a family member. Tim was great to deal with. Knowledgeable, no pressure and included my kids in the process. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Will be recommending Tim and Listowel Kia to everyone I know.

Our KIA purchase and Sales Rep

We have purchased 3 KIA Automobiles and Tim has been the sales rep for all 3 sales. He has been very professional and helpful at the same time. We did have some difficulty with the 2010 Sportage but other then the gas we were very satisfied with the 2013 Sportage. We will purchase our next vehicle from KIA and Tim.
