I attempted to schedule an appointment by phone, but the staff instructed me to use the online booking system. The following morning, the service department informed me that all available slots were booked until July, despite my online confirmation. Consequently, I had taken a day off for this appointment. The staff mentioned encountering issues with the online booking system for a while and in suggested that customers should not be advised to book online if that's the case..

Was looking for a newer used car finally found what I was looking for at the Barrie Toyota after failed attempts at Stouffville Toyota. We had Shawn Element help us he made the process as easy and stress free as possible, within a week I had the keys to the car I walked on the lot for the best part is when I told him I know what I want and this is it he listened and didnt continue to press me to choose something else which the Stouffville Toyota did do to me, we went inside filled out paperwork and within 2 1/2 hrs we were out of there waiting for a response, We will definitely be using him in the future Thank you Shawn for everything! BEWARE OF THE SERVICVE DEPARTMENT. We have several personal and business Toyota vehicles and have been coming to Jackson Toyota since 2008 for oil changes. We dealt with Dan for many years for oil changes and the service was great. A few years ago the people a Jackson found it necessary to let Dan go. Since then the service has been horrible. I have had 5 occasions when the oil changes were completed improperly. On 2 occasions the vehicle was overfilled and the oil had to be drained. On one occasion the wrong oil was put in the vehicle. On one occasion the drain plug was not installed properly and the vehicle leaked oil. On the last occasion my wife brought in her new vehicle in with only 12,000 km for an oil change. Afterwards the vehicle leaked oil everywhere on the driveway and along the bottom of the vehicle and when we brought it to another repair shop it was found the drain plug was only screwed in by 2-3 threads. Had the plug become dislodged the engine would have drained oil and seized. When we contacted the service manager on 2 occasions regarding these problems, the only thing we were told was he was sorry we had a bad experience. No offer for a free oil change. No offer that the service department would be investigated. No mention of properly train the people in the service department. Just your standard "sorry for your experience" remark. I won't buy a vehicle at Jackson because their sales people are rude. Now I won't be getting my vehicles serviced there either. By the way, the independent repair shop I have dealt with for 10 years was also $20 cheaper for an oil change. !!!!
