I’ve noticed water on my back seat on a couple of occasions . The water leak was not detected .

We love the dealership as they allow dogs that is a big big plus for us and the salesman Todd is great so great we have bought our second vehicle from them

So id like to start off with the positive feedback i have for my salesman! Great job! Now i i purchased a 2017 ram 1500 i had it 4 days before noticing a factory paint defect in the sun. After contacting the dealership they painted my front fender and door on my truck i put 150km on. So today i go to pick it up and there is greasy boot prints bondo dust matted in the carpet dust all over the interior. My guage cluster screen damaged, not to mention it was dark and i could see swirls in the paint from buffing. I go in and eventually say ill take it and clean it my self as it seems they cant handle it. Pull out of the lot and check engine light comes on. I seriously had it 4 days and drove it 150km. I worst experience i have ever had and feel like i now regret my purchase. Id like to be leaving a better review but i am 200% unhappy with your buisness.

Car wash-front of car didn’t look like it had been touched, hundreds of dead bugs all over it. I had my oil changed prior to my tire change, the light had not turned off, I was reassured it would be fixed. It wasn’t. I went back to let them know it was still on, someone took my car and went back to an area beside the service are and told me they would fix it. Returned car, light was still on, they said just wait a few mins. The check oil light is still on today. As well a message that Teunk lights were out, trunk still doesn’t open, it has been an issue from day one but whenever I bring it to appointments and ask them to fix that they seem to get it open. This time the woman couldn’t do it, but that’s where the light repair is so we couldn’t get that fixed.

Hi Martha I am more that happy to get the oil change reminder light re-set. perhaps there is an error in the system preventing the system from re-setting. we can also look at the truck and get some details from you to get that resolved, I do not see us looking at that in your service history but again we can check into it. please contact us directly .

Customer service was excellent. I had questions about the 4-wheel drive capabilities of my Jeep Cherokee. Questions were answered, etc.

Very disappointed in my recent service experience. Due to both my husband and I working full time jobs, we had no choice to drop off/pick up my truck outside of service hours. We received a. I'll for over $300 and have no idea what the additional fees were for. No attempt at communication received (despite a note on the invoice saying no answer, yet no phone showed a missed call). Inaccurate information on my file although the past 2 oil changes I have requested the file be updated. Overall, I feel I was cheated out of my money and am disappointed in the customer service received. When my discounted oil changes are complete, I will be dealing with a different Dodge dealer for my service needs and likely my future purchases.

hi Rebecca I am confident we can help clarify this with you if are able to contact us directly. at that time we can update the file to reflect the correct contact information. I checked and there was no drop off envelope for the service visit and we only have the one number on file. The service advisor can review the charged for the diesel regeneration.

it was very fast and efficient. I waited for my car and it took no time Thank you for the good service. I had my snow tires put on and regular tires stored. which I understand you will move to the new location
