Great experience dealing with both Dylan and Dave. Both knowledgeable and good at what they do! I would recommend Auto Depot to someone looking for a vehicle, they have good quality preowned vehicles and super friendly staff. They made my shopping experience and transition to my new vehicle a breeze.

You should not put a car for sale on your lot until you have all of its documents.

The sales person insisted that the sale had to close that day. Your car will be ready in two hours he said. There were two other people in the room at the time. After moving money around and paying penalties because I could not wait 24 hours for the money you did not have the ownership for the car. This was sprung on me at the last minute. I felt that this was dishonest. When I complained to your sales manager he was less than apologetic. He insisted that I was not told what I was told. I did not get my $70000 car until afternoon the next day. Very disappointing and not a good experience. At no time was there any attempt to make things right. I was also not pleased with the way you handled my trade. Although your ad says you want trade ins the salesperson tried several times to get me to keep it and sell it myself. I ended up giving you what the salesperson admitted was a beautiful car for a scrap yard price. I doubt if I will buy a car off of you again and I would not encourage my friends to either.
