I never had a bad experience when going in to get minor service done (tires/oil) but now months later they have started calling me to schedule service. I never asked to get calls about service reminders and had they asked if I wanted them I would have said no. The only reason I answered was because I thought it might have been a call about an airbag recall or something. Now I’m just annoyed.

Our Day with Cristian was excellent

Cristian saw us browsing at vehicles and greeted us pleasantly! He asked all the right questions, at the right time. He quickly learned our wants and needs, and eventually brought us the keys to the best vehicle I ever owned! Cristian was polite , funny and very cooperative. Our experience with him was terrific , and I know that he will always be willing to help us in any way, in the future. Thank you Cristian and Wheaton!!!

My friend went in to have his transmission fixed. They voided the warranty because he has a lift and mud flaps saying "mud flaps cause wind resistance" sure, but if it's made right, wind resistance shouldn't matter. Grilles cause wind resistance. Get rid of the grille. Windows cause wind resistance. Get rid of the windows. Illogical liars out for the best bang for there buck. If they'll lie about a lift and mudflaps, they'll rip you off too. Wouldn't trust it.

Bryan appeared very disinterested in the work he was doing or in the issue that the client was having. In error, he called me to outline repair alternatives for another client’s car. His explanation of the issue and remedy for my vehicle was superficial. Bryan made little attempt to accommodate my hearing disability. Only two of my six transactions with this organization’s Service Department have been pleasant. Three of the four service advisors appear to be of retirement age, lack the enthusiasm to take over ship of the client’s issue(s). .
