We bought a 2nd hand Ford Focus 2013, which looks & drives like almost new. The team was very professional, friendly and helpful. They let you take your time to look at different cars and take them for an (extensive) test drive. No rush or commission focused sales person bugging you. Going through the paper work was made very easy and professionally taken care of. We could immediately take the car with us. Car was nicely washed and filled up with fuel. Highly recommended (both the car and the Race Auto Group)!

Bought a 2012 Fusion here last week and the service was excellent! The car was professionally cleaned inside and out and the MVI was re-done. I especially like that the salespeople don't work on commission- makes for a more relaxed atmosphere. The showroom and offices are immaculate and the staff very friendly! I would go back there and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great buying experience!

I bought my first car with Race Auto July 4 2013 .It was a very pleasant experience. Erin was extremely helpful and very well knowledgeable about the financial process and knowing her way around the car I chose. I had lots of questions as a first time buyer and I left with a good feeling and all my questions answered with smiles and professionalism. I did need to bring my car into service with in the first week to have the transmission looked at (it was shifting hard) something I was unused to, and worried something might happen to it in the near future. But the mechanic I dealt with (name unknown) was AWESOME and put my heart at ease, he had a great attitude and a sincere smile. Hard to find when you are a woman dealing with male mechanics. The end of March we were facing the end of warranty on our car, had some household damage that put us in credit troubles and needed a new car. So we went into Race after hearing the commercial on the radio. We said we were there to challenge the commercial that it was too good to be true and with the credit mess there was no way we would get a car. They took our information and said they would see what they could do. We left knowing full well we were NOT getting a new car but it was fun to humor ourselves. The next day we had a phone call from Lori, YOU'RE APPROVED! I don't know what she did or how she did BUT, she did it! We are now proud owners of a 2012 Nissan Maxima and loving every minute of it. I took so long to write my review because sometimes people write them about the service they receive when buying the car but then after you don't matter. Not the case here! We have been in for oil changes and are treated as well as we were when we went in to buy the car. We used the referral program where we sent someone to Race to buy a new vehicle and right away our reward was added to our gift card. They are really amazing at Race Auto, love the service, and most of all....loving the stress free of our new car. Thank you to everyone at Race Auto. You proved me wrong...lol.
