Sukhpreet, is a great sales person he would go out his way to satisfy customer needs. Nice attitude and make things happen. Definitely recommend him but the honda Winnipeg is worse to deal with very bad experience to buy vehicles nobody know about paperwork we had finance approved after going back and forth has to cancel the deal got my down-payment after 9 days

Hi Rohit. We appreciate what you said about Sukh, he's a great guy and works very hard for his customers. Unfortunately, the third party financial Institution you were using for the approval didn't cooperate with us and our finance team. They kept insisting us to send ownership documents without payment of the vehicle prior which cannot happen. We held the vehicle for you in good faith for over 30 days while they tried to figure out the fiances. If you'd like to discuss this more you can call the store 204-275-9268 and ask to speak with one of our Sales Managers.

Pricing is not transparent online. The service agent confirms the cost when you check in, but at that point I have already made the appointment and rearranged my day to get the service done. This is a appears to be a ploy to extract more money from the customer by revealing the true price once we are already engaged in a transaction and the there is an opportunity cost to me if I say no. I will not be returning to this service center again.

Got my car serviced, they returned it to me with dirty and oily door handle and steering wheel. Very disappointed with the service.

I had an appointment for getting my vehicle safety done at 1717 Waverly St for 15 October 2021 10 am. I was on time and asked the service consultant Amber if an oil change can also be done? She said yes. I asked how long it will take to have the vehicle ready and she mentioned around 1.5-2 hours. At around 12 30 pm, she comes to me to mention that they have not even started on my vehicle as they are extremely short staffed. It might take another 2 - 2.5 hours. As a piece of compensation she offered me an uber ride to go home. I had to control my frustration as i had my 3 year old child with me that day. It is no rocket science to call the customer on the morning to advise what the staffing situation looks at service location and how long it might take or she could have advised that it will be a longer wait time the moment I checked in. Telling me 2.5 hours after waiting for service, that they have not even touched it... come on!!! No apologies, no empathy, no break on the service charge after making the customer wait for almost 5 hours. The level of customer service just hit ROCK BOTTOM!

My Honda CRV 2007 was taken for service to Honda by my children. A report was issued by Honda Service with a number of recommendations. I sent an email to Honda service asking for clarification, but this email had no answer. later I called Honda Service to enquire about one particular recommendation and was given a vague answer, indicating that it was up to me to decide.
