Blair Walters knew his stuff! He was friendly, courteous and ensured the transaction was comfortably processed. Blair was informed of the make, model, and details for a truck sought out, he researched, discussed and he delivered! I would recommend Blair to ANYONE! Nurse Chevrolet was an opportunity that in my mind, stands out. The building was clean, the staff were all polite and willing to assist in any way. There was no pressure or pitch to a sale.

Peter was professional, courteous and made my wife and I genuinely feel like what was most important was providing us with great service and matching us with the right product. At no time did we feel like it was all about the sale. That experience is the hallmark of a great sales person and will set GM apart from its competitors.

My purchasing experience at Nurse was the best one I have had at any dealership to date. In my opinion Peter not only met all of my expectations, he exceeded them in every way. Peter was polite, kept me in the process loop through several follow-up phone calls, was very knowledgeable and took the time and effort to make sure I understood and number of vehicle options which I was not familiar with. Todd was most helpful in starting and seeing our purchase through to completion. Paul Goodman, sales mgr. was most helpful when we decided to purchase an Equinox instead of a Traxx. He conferred with the service mgr. on our behalf when we requested that our snow tires from the Equinox we were trading to be installed on the 2015 Equinox; only to discover that these snow tires were not suitable for the new model, so arranged to have the original new tires re-installed and giving us financial compensation for the used snow tires. Lisa, product specialist was extremely helpful in ensuring we were familiar with the new vehicle. She explained some of the features of the dash - ie. programming my favorite radio stations, syncing my cell phone to blue tooth etc. She realized I was tired and getting over-whelmed; so told me to return to see her at a later date and she would go over other features with me then. Overall, I think they all work as a great team! Since I've purchased the vehicle my husband returned to the service dept. and has had new snow tires (and rims) installed on the new Equinox.

John was very thorough and went through all the bells and whistles on the vehicle explaining/showing how they work and what information they provide. He went through each piece of paper that was involved in the purchasing of the vehicle advising what it was about and allowed me the time to read it and I did not feel rushed. He was very organized and the whole process felt seamless.
