After a few not so good experiences at another dealership, I decided to shop around for my new RAM. From the moment I walked onto the lot at White Rock Dodge, I was greeted with warmth and respect. Transparency and honest communication is very rare in the car dealer business in my opinion but, that’s exactly what I got with these guys. Tom was my sales guy and Matt the Sales Manager was there every step of the way. I had specific requests and they met every single one of them...and then some! If you’re looking for a Dodge, Jeep or RAM, I would highly recommend the staff at White Rock Dodge. On delivery day, my daughter was with me. The girl working at the front desk was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Gave her a scooter to ride through the dealership, popcorn and games. First time my daughter hasn’t been bored while we’re signing papers. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Honesty goes a long way and this group of people has been trained very well. You’ve definitely earned yourselves a life long customer. Thanks for everything!

Service department runs on time. I came a bit early to pick it up and it was already done, except for the wash. They didn't want me to have to wait, so they gave me a couple car wash tickets to use when I wanted to. This is old school customer service - little things like a comfortable place to sit and coffee - making getting service not feel like such a chore.

White Rock Dodge Is a wonderful place to get a new truck or van I highly recommend it. I got my truck here and love it and my daughter's love it more. My friend she bought her van. She and her family absolutely loved it as well. Staff is great from salespeople,finance, front desk, Management people are very helpful in every area wonderful dealership If you're reading my review tell them i sent you Thank you and have a great day. Love our Jeep Cherokee Limited

On Friday we took our 2014 Jeep to another dealer for a battery replacement. On Monday, we traded in that vehicle for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited at White Rock Dodge Jeep. We weren't thinking of getting a new car, but the new battery triggered a sales call from the other guys, and we liked the options an upgrade would give us. So we drove to White Rock Dodge to test drive two models we saw on line. Christine had answers to all of our questions, the test drive was great, and we went home with our car the same day. I wrote a review a few weeks ago giving WRDJ 4 stars out of 5 because our GPS wasn't syncing properly - but that was fixed with my phone going to a phone hospital, so all is great. And as if it wasn't enough that we got a sun roof and individual heat zones that let us both be comfortable no matter where the windows are positioned (as well as all the rest of the great features) ... Christine emailed me with the most incredible news. WRDJ held a draw at the end of the month, and they pulled our name. So we bought a 2019 Jeep, and they gave us a new 55" TV as well. It felt like Christmas in early November. And to make it even better, we gave our 40" that it was replacing to a friend who didn't have one, and he said it was like Christmas for him too. So thank you from the bottom of my heart, White Rock Dodge, Christine, and the whole team !! You made our upgrade a wonderful experience for us, and for some very good friends as well.
