Edit: 2 appts made at same time, one was overcharged by $20 for an additive we didn't ask for. When this was brought up, we were given difficulty and told that's what it says on the computer as if they couldn't have made the mistake. Considering both appts I made at the same time for oil change and tire swap, I have not ever, nor did I at this time, ask for one car to have this additive done. Jose at least chimed in and said he would put a credit on our account. However then our tire pressure sensor kept triggering the day after our appt, most likely because it wasn't set properly when they swapped tires...makes sense...but no, we were told that we'd have to bring the car in for another diagnosis and they wanted to charge $85 for this!! Once again Jose did sort this out(it was an improperly set tire sensor), but not very confident going forward to be honest. Jose though is very good. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ First time here...now we take all of our cars here! So after going to our previous dealer for all service for both of our Mazda's for over 13yrs, it was hard to trust another place to service our vehicles. However, after meeting the service team at Murray Mazda, we are very confident that this location is offering great service and are a trustworthy group. Jose, and the rest of his team are a great bunch, and we have had both of our cars serviced here and plan to for many years.

We dealt with Jim Phillips to sell our vehicle, we shopped around with a couple different dealerships, and by far Murray Mazda and Jim went above and beyond. They made the process easy, were honest, and took care of everything. If or when we decide to buy another SUV we will for sure be contacting Jim.

Murray Mazda was so kind and helpful when I was purchasing my Mazda CX30. I have never bought a new car and they were very good to explain every bit of the process so I understood everything about the car, how to finance it. Jim Phillips was the one who I worked with the most and he kept me in the loop the whole time I was waiting for my car arrived and answered every question I threw at him!! I’m absolutely loving my car and am grateful I went to Murray Mazda in Chilliwack on Yale road. Thank you to the whole team and keep up the kind and welcoming customer service!!

The use of the vehicle for the weekend aided in allowing our entire family to make opinions on the buying decision. The truck was detailed and clean when picked up for purchase.

I went in for a normal service On my Mazda CX-5. The dealership tried to up sell me on every service possible, which I declined knowing not everything suggested was necessary for my car. They even suggested an expensive transmission fluid change. When I contacted another dealership I was informed the transmission fluid is lifetime. I would not trust this service department.

Wow! Murray Mazda Chilliwack has certainly exceeded my expectations! Every interaction with the staff there was pleasant and everyone was so nice. It really felt like dealing with family. There was zero pressure, Ryle took care of all the paperwork and chatting with him while he was taking care of things was pleasant. Kristie and Aria really went above and beyond. It was hard to tell what everyone’s title actually was because the team there worked together to make my purchase seamless. Thank you so much team for making what I normally consider an unpleasant task an awesome experience.
