Special mention to Susan Rosa, in finance and Chris Gervais, in sales, for the expertise in their respective fields and doing everything possible to ensure things were well taken care of with my first Kia purchase. I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage and I loved it. We recently upgraded to a 2024 Kia Sportage and I love this one too! We talked to Chris at Kia and he was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of this car. Just an all around pleasant experience every time we go into Wheaton Kia!!

I had a great experience! Gregg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, took me through everything included with the purchase, and I never felt pressured throughout the process. Susan was also great with going through all the payment and financing info. Very friendly staff throughout.

too bad i have to even give it one star. I rate this dealer 0 stars, I would turn your heads away from this dealership. Or as i’d like to call it a “stealership” DO NOT DO OVERNIGHT DROP BOX AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! My mom put her keys in the overnight drop box night prior to a service. Following day she didn’t hear anything back from them so she called to her an update, they asked my mom if she even dropped her car off and she said yes they said they couldn’t see it anywhere. upon further investigation someone stole the keys out of the drop box and stole my moms car off of their lot. All they had to offer was the regina police phone number and that’s it, never offered a loaner car or a very good opportunity to keep my mom a satisfied customer with a new sale of a vehicle from them. They left her stranded with nothing, we were about to put our money into this dealer and they couldn’t even offer help in the slightest after her kia got stolen off their property. The general manager called my mom 3 days after only because i blasted them on social media, and mom gave him a opportunity to offer something and once again, nothing. she asked why couldn’t you guys gave me a loaner they said they had non which i do not believe, and he gave my mom a whole different timeline as to when her car got stolen, they are greasy people and will sewer you as much as they can! they show no care for a paying customer. Avoid this dealership if you don’t want to be robbed. Very poor poor poor customer service, hope they are ashamed of themselves.

My recent experience with the amazing staff at KIA Regina went smoothly from beginning to end. My salesman Gregg McSherry , was professional and knowledgeable. Had a great time going over all the new features that the KIA connect app provides and the "space age" tools that come with my new KIA Sportage PHEV. Finance Manager Susan Rosa went the extra mile to close the deal and communicate with my personal insurance company to register my vehicle via e-mail before I left with my new vehicle. I would recommend KIA Regina to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I love my new KIA Sportage PHEV!
