We weren't thinking of upgrading, but we're both glad we did

We just traded in our 2014 Jeep Cherokee North for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited - and though we hadn't been thinking about doing that until 3 days before we made the move, it's something we are both happy with. Our 2014 had been acting up - apparently when the battery goes (which was the problem) it can be like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. Things went crazy really fast. We took the car in to the dealer close to us, and when my husband opened a chat session about it, that triggered a sales call. We told the rep we weren't thinking about trading in our car (especially since the battery problem was being fixed), and that if we did we'd be looking at getting a used model with a smaller balance owing on the difference. He said he understood, but brought us in to see a 2020 with a huge cost increase. Then he showed us a 2019 in a model we weren't interested in for another hefty increase. We did not buy from them ... but they did however, get us interested in some of the features the newer models have that ours didn't ... so 3 days after the sales rep called us from the other dealer, we took a look on line and found 2 perfect models at White Rock Dodge. We drove out just to take a look, but our sales rep (Christine Glen) was so knowledgeable, and the 2 cars we liked were so spot on, that we drove home with the upgrade that day. We only went to those two dealers, and we are really happy with this dealership. They list their vehicles with their prices on AutoTrader - whereas the other dealer does not list their prices there, or even on their own site. This dealer didn't play games with costs (the other dealer gives high prices so they can knock them down - but you only see the prices when you start talking). And the service was really friendly as well. I'd highly recommend them. As to features, I love the dual heat zones and sunroof combination. It was always a compromise in our 2014 to regulate the temperature in the car. Now we can each have our own temperature - and we can even have the sunroof open at the same time without me saying it's like the north pole blasting down unless I add heat; I can add as much heat to my side as I need. Can you say happy marriages may start here? My cell phone is now in for repairs so we can't guage how the GPS works in the car (it wasn't syncing with the phone when we got home, and it does not have an independent GPS system) otherwise I would give 5 starts instead of 4.

Thank you to Shawn McMillan for helping us through this long journey. The purchase of our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was definitely worth the wait. After looking for a Jeep through other dealerships and dealing with other sales men/women, Shawn was the one who we chose to purchase our Jeep from. Shawn was helpful, understanding, honest and easy to get along with. Every time we went into the dealership with our 4 year old son, Shawn kept him distracted with some nice hot wheels to keep and play with (thank you for that!). I would also like to thank managers Cody and Rob. The Jeep we wanted wasn’t available at their dealership but together Shawn, Cody & Rob got us exactly what we wanted. White Rock Dodge is truly a family working together and we would highly recommend them! Thank you guys!

My buying experience at White Rock Dodge couldn't have turned out better. After being totally upside down and backwards " negative equity" on a 2013 Chrysler 300 I traded for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in pristine shape with low KM's. Not only was the vehicle immaculate it was fueled and cleaned for our trip home. After a less than spectacular experience with Haley Dodge Chrysler. It was refreshing to deal with the professional team at White Rock Dodge. A special shout out to Lani and Armit who went out of there way to earn my business and make me feel appreciated. More companies could learn from these two and the definition of the term" Customer Service !" Thanks again for everything!!
