Quick and easy. I got a ride to and from my house. Everyone was very nice and it wasn't an unconvinced.

Chris was pleasant when we arrived for our service. I think he did a great job to get us in as soon as possible. In seeing that our warranty had lapsed by a bit he went to bat for us with GM in that we had extended warranty. Throughout the whole time he was friendly and pleasant. Thank you Chris.

The truck I have now is a 2015 Silverado, this is the fourth truck from Murrys in Winnipeg, that should say it all and does. No matter what the problem with your vehicle you have they treat you as a person and not just a number.

Overall, my experiences have been great. Staff are all friendly from Service Personnel down to the Shuttle drivers. My only complaint is that when I come for an oil change it is usually over an hour wait due to long line ups (maybe open more bays?). I also had an experience where I came in for a suggested alignment and it was found that my struts were leaking so they needed replacing . I was still charged for the alignment knowing full well that when my struts were replaced the following week or so another alignment would need to be completed. I felt that the first alignment should not have been done once they found out I needed the warranty work. I voiced my displeasure and I felt I was not totally heard. I was not refunded my money for a needless alignment.

Oil change was quick and efficient. Only negative was a mention on the invoice of some service required but was not advised of same. Reviewed invoice last night and found the notation.
