There was a leak in the rear seat well which got very wet when driving. Morgan took the details, was very helpful and pleasant. The van driver was also very friendly and efficient in taking me home. Morgan called with timing for the repair. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Car was cleaned and repair fixed. Awesome!

I was there to have the wiring added for my back hitch to pull my trailer on my brand new 2014 Journey. Unfortunately I also was in a hurry as I had my grandmothers funeral/celebration for life to get to. Your shop worked hard to make sure I was out ASAP. Thank you !! I made it on time.

Alternator replaced. The service person was curt regarding the "bumper to bumper" warranty and we did not feel valued at all. The warranty was $3000 and the first thing to go wrong, the warranty was questioned leaving us anxious and frustrated.

came in for the Aqua Windshield coating (can't remember the actual name of it). went for breakfast, came back and it was done. In particular Mike Summerfield is always good about answering questions that i might have, and does so in "lay-mans terms" because he knows i'm not a car guy.
