Engine light came on 2 weeks after the initial diagnostic. We asked to "redo" a diagnostic provided more information as to the status since our last visit. The diagnostic came back same as last time - need both exhaust manifolds changed. After reflection we made an appointment to have them changed. We were also getting winter tires installed.

Kara is always a pleasure to work with. She is up-to-date, knowledgeable and does not try to get me to do something that isn't necessary. I always trust Wea with my civic. I know when it comes out of the shop, I have nothing to worry about because of his skills, automotive training, and expertise.

I would recommend Palladino to everyone willing to listen!! I was looking to replace my Grand Caravan and truly though I would be purchasing another Dodge vehicle (that would have been my 6th). The service I received at Palladino completely blew me away. The sales team did everything they could to get me into a Honda vehicle and it worked. They offered me more for my trade than the Dodge dealer! I love my CRV and can guarantee my next vehicle will be another Honda from Palladino!

Chase and Rob were welcoming to us after travelling for 4 h. We found the whole process quite relaxing and really appreciated their attentive approach to our situation. We are finding our new civic a capable replacement for our 09.
