Within about an hour of telling him what I was looking for Andy had tracked down a low kilometer 2019 CR-V for a great price. Can't recommend him enough.

We have been very disappointed with both the 2021 Honda Odyssey van we purchased from this dealership, but more importantly, the horrendous follow up service since our purchase. We have had to bring this van back to the dealership countless times over the last 10 months of ownership. For each issue (including a replacement of the entire entertainment system, a faulty sliding door mechanism, squealing brakes, etc), we have needed to return 2 - 3 times for EACH issue, due to the wrong part being ordered, or the part not fixing the issue of the day. So. Many. Issues. So much of our time wasted with dropping off and picking up the van over and over and over. And when we expressed our frustrations, they offered to do a thorough "once over" to check the van out. That was a joke. They found nothing, fixed nothing, and after having recently paid for a brake repair (already!!!) the brakes continue to squeal. When we tried to have them address this issue after we paid the $300 for the brake repair, they said some dust was causing the squealing, and that it was "fixed". Nope. Within 5 minutes, same squealing sound. I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this place, especially not a brand new one because they do not take care of their customers and will absolutely waste your time. Take your business elsewhere. We sure will next time.

Our 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid surpasses our expectations. The advanced technology, especially with respect to safety, is astounding. Every day we discover a new feature that makes driving easier and safer, such as crash mitigation, blind-spot alerts, brake assist, and so on. The car feels luxurious, as though it's been waiting for us to enter so it can turn on all the positions we've pre-selected and set. Even when I'm driving, I almost feel chauffered. And the process of leasing was so easy it was downright enjoyable. No pressure, thorough explanations: Honda has an excellent product in this car that almost sells itself.

At Andy Chan ‘s initiation , we traded our Leased 2018 Honda HRV for a 2022 HRV ( leased ) . We received a good deal on a model we were and are pleased with .The service was excellent.

Andy`s knowledge, help, and hard work, made purchasing a vehicle at Crown Honda , a very positive experience. At each step , Andy provided helpful information , and was easily able to answer all my questions. All staff I had contact with , were great. Drove my new vehicle today in inclement weather today , it handles the road perfectly.
