I trust my truck to get me where I need to be (Work or otherwise) and home again. I go to Murray's and have for almost 15 years because I don't ever have problems due to there focus on being the best.

Oil change and correcting a squeaking seal in the trunk area. It was my serviceman Chris Mark who arranged for someone in the shop to delay his lunch so that he could service my vehicle.

My wife and I accompanied our son to purchase his first car. The Murray salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. He connected my son with a vehicle that was in his price range and that provided great value for money. The business manager arranged financing that met his needs. Thanks for a great experience!

I was told by the salesman that the SUV I was looking at was really good on gas. I literally can watch the gas gauge drop as I’m driving.

Peter B. is always looking after me so well and he keeps my vehicle running so well. He is knowledgeable and makes sure that only what is wrong gets fixed. He never fixies anything for just that sake. He has gained my confidence over the years.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Murray Chev. The service I received on the first vehicle which I bought in 2003 was perfect. Pleasant, genuine people working there. This time however, I feel like the staff's main purpose in keeping in touch with me is in order to make another sale, or increase the level of service I pay for. The first phone call which angered me was from a woman who left a voicemail saying "I have good news". I called back only to find out that the "good news" was that there is a sale on vehicles. Having just bought a brand new vehicle, I failed to agree that this is good news for me. The last phone call I received after having the truck in for maintenance was to tell me that my truck "needs alignment". I asked the woman why I wasn't told that when I had the truck in for servicing. She proceeded to tell me that it is "recommended" for the warranty. When I asked if it was "required" for the warranty, she replied by saying "Yes sir, it is recommended." What she should have said was "No sir, it is not required, but it is recommended." This play on words infuriated me. I doubt that I will continue to bring my truck to Murray for any servicing or maintenance because of the way it seems everyone working there is trying their best to get me to spend more money. What a difference in corporate culture from 2003.

I met with Kelly who inspected the lift gate of my Equinox, and he has arranged to have the repairs taken care of for me later this month. Prompt service, without an appointment, and with the assurance of quality workmanship -- much appreciated.
