Whenever I go for a service, any personnel I deal with is always friendly and courteous. I have had a couple of urgent matters the past year like the car's exhaust/silencer fell off and the car overheating. On these two occasions, the service people (Edmund and Tiger) attended to the car's problem immediately. The service manager has always treated me well.

Super respectful and professional. Absolutely knowledgeable and understand the problem of my car. All service team members are polite and well trained. However, could be the reason of busy work schedule, if the waiting time for service could be shorten and faster would be perfect.

Went for battery recall, having previously indicated that I have starter issue and since the starter is not under warranty I had to replace it with a brand new one through my mechanic. Was called for a second time for the recall since there was no part at the first visit I asked again whether the battery recall will help the starter issue and I have been to.d yes. Still I have starter issue , the main problem the starter issue does not happen every time that I’m there I can not prove that I have starter problem , I feel neglected because I cannot prove to them that I have starter problem because it does not happen in front of them.

If you read carefully enough, you will see the point! To make 20 words, here are some more: the vehicle was not prepared for P/U as should be and up to the expectations ( check the engine light appeared after about 300 Km; the vehicle handed with just one key- request to get one more copy denied; lic. plates putt on with just one screw?...
