A relaxing, no pressure buying experience

Purchased a used 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Pallidino last year & was impressed with selection as well as condition of the used vehicles on the lot. The purchasing process was not rushed & I did not feel pressured to buy. My recent purchase from Palladino was a 2012 Honda Ridgeline. Palladino let me take the truck home for two days to get a true feel for the vehicle! Not many dealers would do that. Again, another positive purchasing experience.

Always good service from ‘my longtime counter friends’ and great Service Manager Marilyn. I don’t like pushy up-sales from any service provider and I feel that my opinions are respected. Thanks everyone and sorry for not being able to provide my ‘thank you’ Rice Krispies Squares———-blame Kraft marshmallows not being available! 18 yrs of service appreciated.

Winter tire change

The convenience to drop offmy car and pick up later once its done were very helpful especially when I have to sleep and no time to wait for my car to be done. It was done the time I stated that needs to be done

Top notch service as always! I appreciated being able to speak with the tech about the condition of my brakes. Tamara also recommended installing my winter wheels as the car was on the hoist with wheels removed for the brake inspection - light snow coming down today - I'm ready for winter. All the above completed in an efficient and timely manner. Thanks!
