Overall I am satisfied with the Service rendered, Staff are Courteous and Professional is just that the parts were not available within Canada or backorder or the system, sorry for being honest but I just rent a van for our scheduled family vacation. I have to wait for a month to get the parts.

My male technician was super nice but I did not like the way the other girl treated another client. Kind of telling her she had to get work done and didn't give her options. This was discussed in the waiting rm which was a bit awkward. I almost wanted to speak up and say "does that need to be done? Or is that something you're recommending" since this lady had a language barrier and was thrown back by the price of this "getting worn out" strap. Made no sense to me and she came off as if she didn't have a choice. The employee was from the bay, Blonde curly hair

After my oil change was completed I was given my keys and told to go find my car on the parking lot. I previously dealt with Midtown Ford and they always pulled my car up. I could not find my car and went back in to the service area. I waited about 10 minutes and an advisor came out with me and pointed the remote and said βthere it isβ. The car was so far down it was almost at the next dealership. I got home and could smell burning oil. I phoned the Honda service department. The girl offered to have the manager call me. Manager Brad called me very promptly and offered to send a mechanic to my residence.Mechanic named Jarred arrived and he was really terrific. He wiped and tightened everything and asked if I had any questions. I wanted to remove the oil life sign on the screen and he showed me what to do. Initially I was quite upset with the visit but in the end after dealing with the manager and the mechanic the visit turned out to be great.
