My appointment was a expected. No wait when arriving, good shuttle service and I was notified as soon as the service was done. I'll definitely request your service in the future.

Evan Hoger is one of the better sales people I have come across. He is a person I would buy a car from him again in the future. Evan wasn't pushy he gave us all of the information we needed for the car we bought. If someday in the future we need an another vehicle Evan would be the first person I would call.

I have been dealing with Murray Hyundai for several years now and have purchased several vehicles at the dealership. I have always been treated with respect and kindness while there! Just a standard oil change with a ride there and back. I had a question about the exterior mirror deicers that he tried to find find the answer for. Had a problem with the door comes that was also fixed. Still not sure what that was.

While I have no concerns about the actual servicing done on my car, I had expected it to be washed, and the insides of the windows were completely frosted up when I retrieved it.

I was received promptly and dealt with the service manager who investigated the issue stated he would contact Hyundai and get back to me which has not happened to date.

I'm still not happy at all for being charged $65 on a warrantable vehicle to be told my cabin air filter was dirty. This would have taken your technician all of 60 seconds to identify. When I signed off acknowledging extra charges may apply if the problem found wasn't under warranty, was the understanding that after the diagnosis phone call if I decided to move forward with the repairs I would obviously be charged. It was not clearly stated that this charge would apply for simply looking over a vehicle that's barely 2 years old. Extremely poor customer service and even worse was I wasn't able to speak with the manager directly.

Greeted at the service door by 2 happy people. We had the Oil changed, breaks serviced and safety completed. When picked up the car, everything was explained to us very well as to what was done.

Great vehicle that fit my needs perfectly - in size, and cost. I have had a good experience with Hyundai. Question - why does this have to be a minimum of 20 words?

Service was excellent from staff; unfortunately repairs were delayed due to wrong parts being delivered. As a result repair had to be rescheduled and had to bring the car in twice.
