Since we bought a "Trailblazer" from Murray's in 2004 Dennis has become: "Our Friend" at Murray's and is the only reason we drive one hour from St Andrews to have our two vehicles serviced instead of using a well recommended, qualified Motor Technician only ten minutes drive away from home. He is nearer to our generation than younger people and can empathise with our "old fashioned" knowledge of motor mechanics. He explains clearly, in detail and patiently to both me and to my husband, exactly what needs to be done on the vehicle and why and does not assume that " we won't understand". He always keeps us informed of the progress of any work being done, so enabling us to make the best use of our time whilst in the City. To us, Dennis Mitchell is "Murray's".

I visited the dealership to fix a recall notice. This visit as were every time in the past as pleasure. I always recommend Murray and have nothing but great things to say about the level of service from all the staff

I was able to schedule additional work to be performed in a timely manner after discussions with Amanda. There was a little confusion about what previous work was done but that was resolved quickly.

I had to wait about 1/2 hour to get into the 'quick-lube' bay but once the vehicle was brought in, the oil change was done very quickly and efficiently. Had a relaxing coffee and did the crossword while in the customer lounge. all in all a good experiece
