Communication is always an issue. They tell you one thing and do another. Multiple visits for the same issue and still incomplete. Opened the claim over two years ago. Pathetic. Sym tech is a scam and Jackson’s Toyota should be ashamed of their customer service. Especially considering this is a warranty issue and I ended up paying out of pocket for a rental car, but they make it seem like they’re doing you a favour for paying $5/day on a $35/day rental. What a bunch of unfunny jokers.
