What do I think of Murray Hyundai? I think this is the only place to deal if you are needing to purchase a new vehicle. Recently I purchased a Tucson from Murray Hyundai and I must say I have never before been extended such incredible customer service. I found everyone I encountered to be refreshingly pleasant and most efficient in accomplishing the task at hand. I was highly impressed with Mr. Tony Dang, Sales Professional, for his very much appreciated proficiency, diligence and courtesy in presenting the best possible deal. In my opinion, THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE in this province!!!!

I just want to comment that Mr Tony Dang was -by far- the best salesman I dealt with during my car buying experience. He was a real pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him, and by extension Murray Hyundai, to anyone who is car shopping. I ended up buying a Mazda CX-7 somewhere else, but before I signed the paperwork I actually came back to Murray Hyundai to see if they had one available for sale, because all else being equal, if I was going to buy a car I wanted to buy it from Tony Dang as I felt he deserved my patronage the most.

Had a great service experience with my Veloster. Made the appointment online, Sam emailed me back the next day with available times I could bring it in. Didn't have to wait on hold or talk to anybody until I drove in for the appointment. Shuttle guys are super friendly. They will do business the way I prefer to which makes my life a whole lot easier. I'd recommend them any day.

Worst Service Department EVER ! Apparently when they install the Remote Starter, the reason it doesn't work is because I don't know how to press the button, according to the Service Manager. Or when the alarm keeps going off (first told not to bring it into the service department because it is a place of business and they don't want to disturb anyone in the service department), it isn't something they just did (in for repairs). It is because I used the door lock on the inside of the door, I am only supposed to lock the doors from the outside of the car. Then why are they there?? NICE !!
