Jeff Field I have a 2008 Honda Accord EXL. Recently, I worked with Shamil regarding a paint defect on my car. Shamil structured an agreement between Honda Canada, Henley Honda and myself, to rectify the issue. It was handled professionally and expedited quickly. Shamil went out of his way in an effort to meet my needs. I felt that I received exceptional customer service from Henley Honda. I will not hesitate to endorse your service department in the future.

The service is fantastic. The car buying experience at Henley Honda is not your traditional "hard sell". There was never any pressure to "buy today". Dawson Trickett, our sales consultant, was a wealth of knowledge about the Honda products. I'll put it this way - we were so pleased with the sales experience when we bought our first Honda last year that we went back to Henley Honda this year when it was time to replace our other car. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

The service is fantastic. The car buying experience at Henley Honda is not your traditional "hard sell". There was never any pressure to "buy today". I had a great car buying experience at Henley Honda recently. Krish Mulchand provided immeasurable assistance in selecting a 2013 Honda Accord and there was never any pressure. When they didn't have exactly what I wanted, he located one and provided it at a price lower than any other local dealer. I can be particular about my cars and I insisted that it not come from another dealership where it had been test driven. He complied completely, arranged for Honda to deliver a new one right from the company and called me upon arrival so I could come down and inspect it. The level of service I received was unparalleled and I highly recommend Henley Honda and Krish.
