Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I opted for valet service and the driver who picked up and dropped off my car was very professional and respectful of social distancing requirements. I was kept updated by phone at every step of the process. This was a routine maintenance appointment but some problems were found and repairs were made. The price was a little steep but my car has been working a lot better since.

I hesitate to say anything because it seems petty but since you are asking...my only complaint: I needed to rent a car since checking the air system would take several hours. I later asked for that fee to be waived as in non-COVID times I would have used a complimentary shuttle. The fee was waived but not before I was scolded a little and the person was clearly not happy with me. I have spent thousands of dollars at Winnipeg Honda so I thought this would be a small ask but I was made to feel pretty dumb about it. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.

The Foui Team is an amazing team. They are very accommodating, and they have always helped out our family on any vehicle we have been looking for and made it happen. The one thing my husband and I love about this team is that they are not pushy on selling you a vehicle. I will always return to this dealership and deal with the Foui team. Highly recommended
