We recently purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 from White Rock Dodge, with the expert assistance of Christine Glen, who provided friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable help. Christine was fantastic: always available to provide answers to our questions, and she went out of her way to meet our hectic schedules. In the purchase process, we met with other employees in the dealership who all made us feel extremely welcome. Rich, the general manager, and Moe treated us like royalty, and Jim, one of the WR Dodge technicians, even took the time to come out of the shop, just to welcome us aboard and speak with me about the 1500. Fantastic customer service! A big Thank you also to Hardeep, who spent a few hours of his time to help us with very helpful programming of the vehicle's infotainment system, after we had taken delivery. Wow! All in all, it has been a REAL pleasure to deal with everyone at White Rock Dodge. It is a friendly and fun atmosphere when you walk through the doors, and that is a very nice bonus too. I think the overall customer service is 5 Star, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in your dealership and certainly with your people. Thank you!

Bought my truck almost a year ago when the dealership was originally Haley Dodge. Was a little concerned when they changed to White Rock Chrysler. My sales associate Mike Dares continues to provide outstanding service even after the purchase. Customer service is always above what I have dealt with in the past with other dealerships. Any Issues I have had have been dealt with promptly, professionally and in a timely manner. My next service is scheduled in April and all the small details have been arranged by Mike. I highly recommend the team at the new White Rock Chrysler for continuing their outstanding service and will gladly send anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to sit down and give Mike a chance. Very Happy

Mike was easy to work with, friendly, and always answered my messages quickly! They were open late which helped me get in after work and have been great following up to ensure the vehicle is still working well / ready for maintenance!
