What a joke! I called the service department and they told me to to bring my Cadillac in they will be able to take me right in.. I get to the service department and they said they can't take me in..?!?! I came from Toronto to whitby to be turned away because service was too busy and clearly unorganized ? Wasting people's time. Last time I think of ever going to your dealership for anything!

You guys suck it's Monday morning and you have only 2 drivers to drive people home and then you going to over charge me on parts and work. And you don't even offer free coffee. But over charge on the food. Why do I come to you guys? last time I'm done thanks a lot.

Have Extended warranty on my van and i would like to use it, but every time i go in i do not get any answers. I have been waiting for 6 week's and nothing is getting done about it. They will lie to you every time.
