Great, polite and courtious service.

Tire had a nail in it and Mike and team had it fixed and me out in no time. As I had purchased the Tire-Gard warranty, Mike also sent me on my way at no cost to my wallet as well. We discussed about bringing my vehicle in for a treatment to the windows prior to winter and I received a price for four new snow tires as well.

Efficient and Curteous

The engine light on my 2014 Grand Cherokee Diesel Summit came on with a warning to see my dealer. Oxford Dodge took me immediately as I needed to haul horses with my Jeep the following day. The service advisor kept me posted and was mindful that I lived out of town and was waiting for my vehicle. As always, my vehicle was returned to me clean and repaired!

Oxford Dodge has always treated me very well & My vehicles. I had several concerns with regard to my Chrysler 200. 1) Car hesitating between 60 km & 80 kms (fixed) 2) Gas Tank Lid was not closing properly (they adjusted) 3) oil change 4) Windshield wiper blades I purchased in March (still under warranty) - were leaving my windshield streaky (they were replaced due to being on warranty, at no charge).

At first I thought I would be waiting around quite a while as the shuttle drivers were switching, and my vehicle didn't move while I was there. The new shuttle driver was then able to take me home and pick me up without much of a delay. Mike was very accommodating, and made sure that the shuttle was able to pick me up and had my vehicle washed and ready when I arrived.
