The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Did not talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable. The finance person was courteous and the paperwork went smoothly. Altogether, the experience was good, friendly and fun. I love the new car (Soul). There are a few things about my previous car that I kind of miss, but they are minor details. All-in-all, my experience with Hudson's Kia was excellent.

We visited the dealership out of the blue one day, saw something that we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Saleperson was more than happy to help us in anyway. The environment was clean and respectable. It was easy to view vehicles and communicate with the salesperson.

Even though I hated to part with my Honda CRV (because of a rusted frame) I feel that a Kia is good value for the money. I appreciated the fact that Tim had a trailer hitch installed, and split the cost of two new rear tires. There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from and the one I picked out has gotten me many good comments from my friends and family. The service department has a beautiful waiting room!
