we have bought 3 cars from them and they where easy to work with and met all our needs for a vehicle. I would recommend kas, he is super friendly and knows his stuff, and made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable

I have been faithfully going to this dealership since 2010 and have been mostly happy with the team. Kas Ghadban has been the reason I have stayed as there have been some mishaps over the years but in the end things have been resolved to my satisfaction. I have bought four cars from Kas so that says plenty about his skills. I get my car serviced at the dealer faithfully and I am always looked after as is my dog, Joey, who is usually with me! The new management from the Steele Group has been a huge improvement to how things are handled.

Another amazing exeprience at Charlottetown Hyundai! A few years ago I bought a used Hyundai from another dealer. I really enjoyed the car and then I had a factory recall issue that was closed but Experience Hyundai in Charlottetown honoured the recall (3 years after the recall was closed!!!) and the service from the Service department was second to none. After that experience I knew my next car would come from them. When I needed a new car this week the service, attention to detail, and my "special needs" were happily understood and tailored to. I cannot express how amazing the staff were, especially Kas, who kept constant communication and is simply the best. My parents bought a car from this dealership 3 weeks before had the same completely satisfying experience. I have been so impressed and reassured by the service here I will no longer go to any other mechanic except Hyundai. See you again in a couple of years Kas, when you sell me my first SUV!! I would also like to express how kind the staff I wasn't dealing directly with were. Front desk was amazing and everyone in the building were friendly and kind. The personal experience is always nice, but I also feel the cars I have bought are well worth the money. Great cars, great service, and great staff. The "experience" doesn't get much better than this!
