Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership (4th time). Very relaxed environment, no one hounding you , nor pressuring you into options or prices you are not interested in. YOU always felt in control of your purchase, rather than something unwanted being shoved at you. My salesman, Jaiden, was very knowledgable about every minute detail of the vehicles. There wasn't one thing I asked that he couldn't answer. I highly recommend this dealership and Jaiden !

Phoned to get my vehicle booked in for a headlight alignment after installing new headlights. When you phone in, you do not get to talk to the service advisor. You get a general clerk that takes your information and books you in. Don't expect that person to know anything about cars or pricing in my situation. The appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks in advance because they were busy, that's understandable. I asked to be phoned back with pricing for the cost of the work, never happened. Was advised of the charges the morning I brought my car in. When I drove in the drive thru, the service advisor didn't acknowledge me for about 10 minutes even tho I parked right next to them. I did here them talk to the other service advisor about needing to restart their computer, not a big deal. Afterward the service advisor was really nice. I did in fact not like paying $110 for getting a headlight alignment, but it had to get done. I work on my own cars because I'm an ex mechanic so I rarely bring them in to stealerships just because of the dishonesty of making a buck off of you. I think the charge should have been a fixed rate, somewhere from $49-$79 would have been fair.

I’m extremely disappointed with the warranty service at this dealership. A serious safety concern with my tire was dismissed despite assurances of comprehensive coverage. This lack of accountability and disregard for safety is unacceptable. Would not recommend their warranty services.

I had the absolute worst experience ever at Winnipeg Honda, and I will never go back there again. Their service is beyond terrible, and they don’t seem to care about their customers at all. Not only did they fail to provide decent service, but they also couldn’t even handle something as simple as changing a tire properly. The staff were unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their mind. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs—they are absolutely trash.
