Exceeded my expectations on all apsepcts of my visit.

I had an annual - routine visit, oil change, tire rotation, change filters, and I added a detail/wash. Throughout the day, I received phone calls about progress reports/updates. I was always in the know about costs and what to expect. When the service was completed, I was thrilled to see how clean the interior of my truck was, as well as the exterior. It was glistening in the sunlight and the tires looked new. Fantastic work!

My vehicle was in for the semi-annual multi-point inspection, change of tires (winter to summer), wheel alignment, and replacement of rear window wiper motor. It was the second time for that motor, so I was less than impressed with that. Thanks!

I came in on three different visits. I had a dianostics, multi-point inspection with oil change, mpi claim, and a recall but I also had a problem with my steering column on my last visit. Chris Szturm was the service advisor throughout all my visits. He is an excellent advisor, he answered all my question and more. He also helped me out with a rental car every time I came in and my husband & I truelly appreciated it. Thank you for the excellent service.

Standard service provided. Vehicle ready within time frame promised. Staff courteous. Nothing special for example do not do extras like Honda dealerships. Honda staff ask and provide coffee, papers etc. They wash your car after each service is completed . A staff member reviews your service with you before you go to the payment counter and you do not have to stand there and wait in line for someone to take your payment. Honda staff much more friendly and customer focused. As I said, Murray staff do what they need to and are courteous .
