Not happy at all with their customer service. I took an appointment for a recall service well ahead of a week but they cancelled my recall appointment in less then 24hours. I already took my day off from work for that appointment. So basically I lost one day of work for nothing.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Dylan Foui and his team at Winnipeg Crown Honda. They are extremely professional and provided professional service. This is the second HR-V that we have purchased through Dylan and his team and it definitely won't be the last.

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received. Everything was explained to me before the repair started and the estimated time of repair was just amazing. My vehicle is also running much better now after servicing.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I opted for valet service and the driver who picked up and dropped off my car was very professional and respectful of social distancing requirements. I was kept updated by phone at every step of the process. This was a routine maintenance appointment but some problems were found and repairs were made. The price was a little steep but my car has been working a lot better since.

I hesitate to say anything because it seems petty but since you are asking...my only complaint: I needed to rent a car since checking the air system would take several hours. I later asked for that fee to be waived as in non-COVID times I would have used a complimentary shuttle. The fee was waived but not before I was scolded a little and the person was clearly not happy with me. I have spent thousands of dollars at Winnipeg Honda so I thought this would be a small ask but I was made to feel pretty dumb about it. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.
