This dealership had trouble properly diagnosing and fixing a serious brake issue (intermittent hard brake pedal) with my Honda. I made several trips to this dealership to try to get the problem resolved without resolution. I ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed the problem right away.

The agent I dealt with was dismissive, she implied I was wrong without first looking into it, gave me inaccurate information three times just to come back and confirm I was right to begin with. I felt unheard, frustrated and very inconvenienced. This was the third visit for the same issue. I am not sure why it’s taking this long to fix the problem.

I will recommend my friends and family to Winnipeg Honda. The service was amazing, I came in for an oil change and they got it done right away. Excellent Service !

I would have given 5 stars however the first time I called to make a maintenance appointment I was given incorrect information, the person seemed dismissive and told me I was to bring in my vehicle. I called back because I felt this was incorrect and luckily this time spoke to someone was was better informed. My car was to be picked up and I felt the second person was able to answer my questions thoroughly and respectfully. After that I dealt with her and was pleased with the way she kept me informed about the work my car needed. I did not feel pressured into having unnecessary work done. I appreciated the pick up service and hope this could continue after the pandemic is over. A nice touch would have been - as I purchased new tires - if the business would have thrown in the hubcap that was missing from one wheel. I forgot about that missing hubcap. Especially as I have all the maintenance for my car done here.

Initial purchase of the vehicle went Ok until the gentleman in finance left us sitting in his office while he went parent teacher conference. Never a welcoming feeling walking into the dealership, you feel like you are heading into an ambush and are being sized up!! As my lease neared it’s end, the last twelve months I was inundated with emails and personal phone calls about buying a new vehicle. I repeatedly asked them to stop, it never did? I ended up purchasing my vehicle as it was well looked after and in excellent condition. The woman handling that was very efficient and professional. I love Honda vehicles but don’t think I would ever use this dealership again.
