Only gave me one key after purchase and told me to bad. Had to spend 300 at dealer to get a new administrative key. They deleted all updates on the sync 3 including maps. The maps haven't worked since I left the dealership. Again to bad for my luck I guess. Its hard buying a vehicle and these guys do not make it easy.

Got my brakes done here last winter and went to check my rear brake pads and rotors by taking my tire and as I was doing that I notice they clearly striped and then drilled out 2 spots that help my rotor to my brake assembly... this is done on both back brakes the consistenty of easy tasks shows their technicians are clearly inexperienced
