Absolutely great, Lauren helped me with my purchase and it was great and fast service and got me into the suv I wanted. This is my second suv from race auto.. I would definitely recommend check out race auto for your next vehicle.

Lauren and Jeff were amazing. Vehicle was immaculately clean, and in good repair. They helped us get the most for our money. This is the second car we got here. Would definitely deal with them again.

Yes, Race Auto staff is friendly, but after I got my car from there my both Rims on one side got bent. I was told by the mechanic it was my fault. After owning the car a very short time. I found out that the cheap, low end tires that was on the car caused the rims to bend, I also found out that the tires are not resistant to any type of road Hazzard. Also the tires are not classed for the car I got. The tires should have been a "class V" not this garbage brand tire that was left on the car. No, it was not my fault, and because of the cheap brand of tires it cost me over $500.00 to replace the rims plus the cost to install them. I was not happy with them leaving used rotors and brakes on the car either. But my voiced concerns were not taken into account. I got a 2020 ford fusion titanium Hybrid, quite a classy car with low end parts. The tires has no endurance against any type of hazards on the road. Now 9 months after getting this car, I have to spend another $1200.00 to get the proper tires put on the car. A customer should not be blamed for a company leaving garbage tires on a car. I knew nothing about tires until I took it to a tire expert who told me about the tires. And several car dealerships also told me that used breaks should never be sold on a car, including Ford. So 6 weeks after getting the car, I had to buy new Rims, and 8 months later, I have to replace the winter tires with the proper tire classification that should have been on the car to begin with. I am very disappointed with Race Auto, yet again. The Nissan Sentra I got from them, the brakes had to be replaced 3 times in less than 2 months because the wrong brakes were installed on the car. I took it to Race Auto in Halifax and the manager said the brakes on the car was dangerous. It took him to see that the wrong brakes were installed on the car. Unhappy customer

Sorry to hear you are unhappy, the tires on your purchased Fusion were an inexpensive brand and the correct size and they did not come with any road hazard warranty. Most of our customers are looking for the least expensive options to get into a newer car as with everything nowadays everything has been extremely expensive. We could not install $1200 tires on every car as that cost would be added to the price and pricing on used cars is so competitive the market just would not allow this increased pricing. Unfortunately, we do not have the best roads in Nova Scotia, and we deal with all sorts of bent rims and tire issues daily which are not covered by warranty. My wife and I checked out vehicles at several dealerships, and although several cars caught our eye, Race Auto was the only one where someone actually came out to greet and assist us. Lauren took the time to help us find the vehicle we were looking for and set up a couple of test drives for us. There were multiple options available in our price range at this dealership, and within an hour we had settled on the one we wanted and were closing the deal. There have been a couple of hiccups in the buying process, but Lauren patiently worked through each with us and made sure that any problems got favorably resolved. They even took the trouble to deliver the car to us, 45 minutes from the dealership! This is not my first purchase from Race Auto, and it probably won't be my last.

Third vehicle I've purchased, another great experience. I knew what I wanted, was not put under any pressure to look at other vehicles (though options were discussed that were similar). Lovely staff, helpful and made every effort to get the best rate. So far, first (and last) place I've looked for a new car since moving to the area.
