The sales team were really helpful and had a good attitude the whole time, they also made sure I was aware of all the resources I had for the trucks warranty. They also said to contact them if I ever have to need an insurance claim in the future, they wanted to make sure I get the full value so I would not be left with any less than I’m entitled to. Overall, I had a great customer service experience and they were very accommodating about when I would need the truck.

I spent 4 mths looking for my first car, finally I went to the Car Lot. Hands down best experience of all. Phil was fantastic and helpful. No pushy salesmen, no constant phone calls and he treated me with respect. Would recommend to anyone - in fact I have and now my daughter getting her car there.

CONS- Bad customer service , RUDE AGGRONT N STUCK UP cocky ,lots of work afterwards ,seems rushed for pay! Rust / cosmetic /tinting without knowing till home. Use to other shops put on jacket look with u not just ,"go online " staff can put more effort! PROS-they fix there mistakes,(not with out a fight ) cute gift bags -nice free fancy coffee . Lots of selection . Shop deliverd it home , OVERALL -overrated ,3 out 5 could be alot BETTER . But guess could be worse
