I was involved in a traffic accident, after speaking with MPI I decided to take the car to Crown for an assessment. The assessment was done the next day, and once the parts were in they repaired my vehicle in less time than they projected.

We had a wonderful experience at Winnipeg Honda, dealership staff is very friendly and ready to serve. Last time we had a young man (techy guy) help us set our various programs. This time there wasn't a techy guy to help us....and we did miss that tremendously. Otherwise service was very good.

Lucky and Taylor were fantastic with my purchasing experience. Everything was fast and easy and all my questions were answered with ease and no problems were faced. The finance agent Melissa was delightful to deal with and made sure all the paperwork was taken care of on my arrival. I started this process in Nunavut and on my return to Winnipeg my appointment was at 3pm I spoke with Melissa, got my insurance, returned my old CRV and spoke with Taylor on what my fabulous new car does and was on my way all in less than an hour. This dealership had trouble properly diagnosing and fixing a serious brake issue (intermittent hard brake pedal) with my Honda. I made several trips to this dealership to try to get the problem resolved without resolution. I ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed the problem right away.

The agent I dealt with was dismissive, she implied I was wrong without first looking into it, gave me inaccurate information three times just to come back and confirm I was right to begin with. I felt unheard, frustrated and very inconvenienced. This was the third visit for the same issue. I am not sure why it’s taking this long to fix the problem.
