Not even thinking of giving a single star for the first experience with Jackson's Toyota in Barrie that I had on 14th July 2020. Their sponsored page through facebook advertise something and the salesperson says different thing. So it looks like an unethical way of marketing to lure the customers and doesn't value the time of others.

Bought a new RAV4, all staff involved in the sale of my vehicle was Very friendly And knowledgeable. Great team to deal with. No pressure to buy which made my experience much more relaxed.

Lee was a courteous, informative, and pleasant salesman. He explained the information on the car very good and showed me how to link my phone in the car and where and how to use many of the new features. It was a pleasure dealing with him..
