I started my journey on the web-site, where I had already picked what I wanted for my new bathroom. The consultation was easy and informative, putting our needs first. The price was much lower than we had expected. Our installer was great, we hardly knew he was there. The process really went above our expectations, since our bathroom was such a mess. At the end of the day, we had a brand new bathroom.

They were courteous and did an awesome job. They never went over The price they quoted.. They were very efficient and polite and did a fantastic job. We absolutely love our new shower person that put it in Chris did it great job can’t say enough good things about him.

Tell clients to remove everything as dust is on the walls ,counters ,toilet paper and kleenex.Bath Fitters installer should have a shop vac esp.for bigger pieces as sweeping doesn't cut it.A day and a half would be so much more convenient.Overall the finished product is wonderful.Darrell the installer and Mark the salesperson were very helpful and appreciated.

I was very pleased with the new look and that there wasn't any damage to walls, etc during the renovation. Also the technician took all the debris when leaving.

We had a tub removal and a new shower installed. Glen was friendly and respectful of us, kept us informed of everything he was doing and made sure we were satisfied at the end of the job. We are very happy with our new shower, and with the quality of the work Glen did for us.

The installer was so friendly and always made me aware when were put on the floor. He didnt know that have site problems so this really helped me. The price was as quoted. We are so, so pkeased with end result.
