I would like to personally thank Sukh Brar at Winnipeg Crown Honda at Waverly. Sukh was very exceptional and his customer service was over the top, He provided us all that we need from booking the test drive and he reserved the CRV for us and make the car ready and highly visible when you arrive feels like the car is waiting for you, thats like a 1st class VIP treatment, and he happily provided us all the request we made for the Honda CRV touch ups, buffing and plate cover, and he even ordered new plastic cover parts to replace the damage one on the front left and installed it at the service department. I am extremely happy with his customer service and would highly recommend Sukh Brar to my family and friends, Also Abigail Macatbag the Financial Manager was awesome she provided us all the numbers on the financing options even though she knows that we are buying the new car in cash to eliminate interest cost, and she was very transparent and honest about the interest a kind of new business trend for me as she change my point of view regarding financial managers. Twice I have asked them to look at my rear bearings and twice they have not. My car is humming in the backend most notable at 80-90 clicks. First time they said I need 2 new tires. Second time they said I need new brakes. Tires are fine. Brakes are fine. Asked why they didn’t look at the bearings? Too much work was pretty much the answer. My car warrantee is up this month too. Not happy at all. I live out of town and took two days off for this. Update: took my car somewhere else and I’m getting a rear bearing changed. What will you do Honda ?? now that you failed to diagnose properly when I was there despite me telling you to look at the bearings?!? Even when I brought this to the attention new GM Sean Bibeau, did not resolve. The offer of 2 free oil changes was not a solution for this situation. Very disappointed and I do think that being a women was the reason they did not listen to me at all. In this day and age! Wow.
