Contactless Car Appt

I must say I was skeptical about contactless car service. However, I think I prefer it this way after experiencing it. Pick up and drop off was easy and quick and all decisions were discussed with me via text. I liked it. Not that the advisors aren’t wonderful but I would definitely do contactless again.

This was my first contactless appointment and Jacksons has it set up extremely well. Vicky arranged a rental vehicle which I didn’t request until the very last moment. My service advisor, Jim Barrett, contacted me to confirm details of the service and kept in touch with updates upon completion and the process to check out.

I was hesitant to return to Jackson’s Toyota in Barrie because the last time we were there we had a terrible experience... however, we didn’t want to fees to have the truck re-diagnosed at a different Toyota shop. The service this time was excellent. Elie Assaf called us several times to update us on the truck’s needs and timing for pick-up. They called to ask if we wanted to check for a recall and when the problem did effect our truck they immediately set us up with a rental. They were also transparent and clear about their Covid precautions and safety measures.

No Contact Service

Had my tires changed over and maintenance done in a no contact appointment. It was fine except it wasn't clear to me where the envelopes were for the keys outside. Inside the chute wasn 't obvious. Then at pickup , I was in contact with an employee to pay and look over paperwork so was confused as to how that was no contact. Didn't worry me just made no sense.
