A new part was installed in rear driver's side door. The entire experience was courteous, speedy and efficient. Premises were very clean, well spaced out waiting area, staff all wore masks so felt very safe waiting.

Did an oil change and three recalls in less then 2 hours. Great, friendly service from the time I dropped off to the time I picked it up.

When we brought our van in it had missed the window for a recall and we were presented with a $5000 bill. The service rep Kenny did everything he could to help us contact Honda and eventually have the entire repair covered by good will. I run a construction machinery dealership and this kind of effort and customer service is what keeps customers coming back again and again. Great job by all and you have a Honda customer for life.
