We owed a Nissan for 15 years but because of the test drive and Rob's knowledge explaining the features of the civic we were convinced the civic was the car for us. We did not feel pressured but felt at eased having Rob as our sales consultant.

**ONE BAD EXPERIENCE AFTER ANOTHER **** Bought Honda after looking around I did my home work and decided on the 2016 Honda Civic touring turbo on the day of going to test drive / buy the sales lady couldn’t seem to keep her breasts in her shirt , her hands off my husband to the point where I hit the breaks a few extra times to put her arm to the back seat where it belonged and I literally had to say I’m the one that wants the car the sale is already finalized so please stop . After buying extended warranty’s her throw in deals where windows tinted and a charger.... 9 weeks later and 20 phone calls I finally got the charger that looked like it came from the dollar store ( not the Honda charger) and grew tired of trying to get the promised window tint . First appointment all day waiting to get the car and was so late I didn’t get in for window tint , second was for the famous 930am to get light up kick plates on 630 pm I was finally on my way ... 3 hour drive home and again didn’t get in for window tint , #3 was for tires same deal, after 3 months my breaks and rotors where starting to rust big time and the wipers where falling apart. Had an appointment to get window trims installed and mentioned the break problem... nothing done was told everything is fine and same deal 9 till I blew a head gasket 5 pm as I had my sons graduation on manitoulin that night . After the many inconveniences of waiting around there I didn’t want to take the six hour drive and all day sit around for any of the services since my spouse has a hoist and is a mechanic I got the frig it attitude and we will do maintenance at home . So which leads me to this review.... after taking winter tires off we discovered that our car mileage 50 has a wheel bearing gone on the back since it’s under warranty I booked an appointment for it to be changed Tuesday 9 am they called me by 1030 telling me it needed breaks all the way around i asked them to send me a ride 1230 and 6 calls I’m still sitting in the roasting sun waiting not overly happy but not as pissed as arriving and finding out they booked me for inspection when I specially booked for wheel bearing and they tell me it’s the breaks ,,,,, got a mechanic in the car with me and not 2 mins down the rd he agreed so tell me how that made it passed the two person check??? And want to charge me $580 for front breaks and $580 for back breaks nicely done! I told the service guy that I mentioned break rust last yr he told me that the breaks had issues and oil had to be put on the pads which I wasn’t made aware of . After speaking with the service gentleman which I don’t fault told him you’ve gotta be kidding me it’s a waisted day and 6 hour trip and what I went there for isn’t done , also got onto the conversation of not changing breaks my spouse will do it after they change our rotors only to find out our warranty is void lol so I asked what would make you think I’m going to pay you for break system that yous couldn’t get right the first time ? I’m certainly not paying over 1300 for 3 month use long story short I had to rebook for 2 days later and on my way another bearing blew on the front passenger side which I told them about TO BE CHANGED, we got a call at 1030 but they called my spouse trying to sell him on the breaks lol it was a no go and we where told the car would be ready for noon which it was roughly on time ! I pick my car up get out on the highway and FRIGGGGGGGG my front wheel bearing is humming still so out of anger I called back left a message with no return call that was a week ago . It’s so annoying and aggravating I’m not faulting staff but holy shit get it together. Coming up soon my car will be traded in as I’m not wanting to be bothered with the stress and it WONT BE another honda!!!!

The worst experience every time we bring our vehicle in for service there's an issue never bringing it back there for service it's been 7 times too many
