My TPMS light would not go out even thou I had checked tire pressure, I also had my right rear mud flap pulled out of place from going over a curb. Tamara looked after that also, had it repaired at no charge to me. Tamara not only treated me with excellent service but she also treats everyone the same a good happy employee

A faulty motor to operate a sliding door panel was replaced.. From the most pleasant greeting when I brought my vehicle in to the dealership to the professional repairs and timely delivery the whole process was without fault.

Was looking in 2016 to buy a pilot. I had heard about the remodel and wanted to make it my next SUV purchase. The first younger guy was excellent to deal with. (sorry can't remember his name) but when he went on vacation the following week, updates were provided by "a more experienced salesperson" (his words). He actually insulted my choice when I told him that if they could not find a model I was looking for and that I was going to return to my explorer. Needless to say I found my model elsewhere but returned to Palladino for servicing. This is where the BS began. I had been told previously that if you didn't buy from them, you wouldn't get good service. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. The rumors were held true! I started having issues with heating last fall. Basically when you press the brakes or you're idling at a red light, my heat switches to cold air. At -40's this past winter, my kids and I froze! I brought it in 3 times. Basic things like thermostat, heater core and other common knowledge items were never checked. I was told "they couldn't figure it out" and that they would issue a ticket to head office for them to try and resolve. Here we are 10 months later and still no resolve. Now this spring! In May we had a beautiful heatwave. I looked forward to turning on my A/C after my SUV spent all day sitting in the glaring heat at work. Get in my SUV and turn it on to start the A/C only to find hot air. Thinking it's just too hot I proceed to drive home thinking it will start to cool eventually. My ride home is 45 min. It stayed hot the entire time! Went home and tested it out and sure enough, the A/C isn't even clicking on! Bring it in the Palladino a month ago to fix and again! Was told it was the condenser that needed to be replaced but it was on back order. We made a date for 3 days after the backorder. I got a call the night before saying still backordered and cancelled service appointment. Waited a week for a call back and nothing. Left 3 voicemails asking for an update or tentative order date and got no response. Finally decided to stop-in in person on my way home to ask what was up after 2 more weeks of waiting. They say that it's now a recall and they don't have the parts. They "might have them by end of June". I've called other Honda repair shops and there is no recall. Again basic issues were no checked and they "can't seem to figure it out". Never buying another Honda again!!

Terrible and unethical business practices DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. From selling you things you don't need to not completing services properly.
