Krista (Kristy?) was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and knowledgeable. Handled my inquiries about service schedule and even got me some last minute additional service after the service I booked was competed, while I waited, without requiring a return visit. Thank you!

We purchased new 2020 honda. Within 1/2 hours of car delivered we notice the Wheather strip on windshield was not fit properly. So we went back to showroom and the sales guys ask me to go see service guy. Service person told us that will orders the parts and let us know. But we waited for week and never heard back from them. So I decided to call him about the parts after leaving the mgs 4 or 5 times. He finally called us and keep promising that the parts will come next week. But had really hard time them to response back. Extremely poor service. Not happy. Everyone there is friendly, especially if you are buying a car. Will even give you a "discount" on an extended warranty. Needless to say that's the end of the "good" treatment

I was delighted with the service; it was done efficiently and effectively. The service associate was excellent. The tires had come in from storage as was promised ; the service provided was excellent.

Fast, friendly, quality service. Comfortable space to wait during oil change. Felt safe with Covid precautions that Winnipeg Honda has taken. Overall great experience.
