Had a horrible time and Brutal service. I’ll definitely make sure that no one that I know will go here and experience what I did. There was no confidentiality when it came to negotiation, other workers were interrupting my conversation with the sales person. We agreed on a deal and I got my money for the down deposit just to come find out That he did his calculations were wrong and told me that the deal is off with out offering any other vehicles or anything else. All they care about is getting paid and how it will benefit their pockets.

I got my oil changed and my tires changed over. The staff were respectful of my car and they were good at adhering to cleanliness policies, which is very important to me.

Poor reasoning and bad costumer service

I did not get a reasonable response to my request. I was changing my car's oil change every 4000 km which almost half of the milage that supposed to be. I was driving gently with this car. The gasket repair performed under warranty but It cost me to have at least an extra oil change because the oil was leaking. It is the car's failure. In addition, I leased the car with a student package which even supposed to cover my oil change services but I could not find it in my documents. It seems that my salesperson also lied to me. I should not trust your company and read every detail carefully before sign the contract. I am really disappointed and feel that you completely tricked me.

Price almost 100$ higher than quoted because of a variety of unexplained fees. Also brakes were serviced but still squeak.

Warrenty work completed in a timely fashion. Staff were courteous and friendly. Ongoing escalated issue was resolved by BRAD. He was very helpful and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Michelle at the call center was very helpful and truly did her best to help me.
