Just want to thank Brad Elliott for taking time to show us how the touch screen worked and all the other things on our new Jeep Cherokee. We will for sure be back when we are ready to buy again. WE love the new Cherokee. Thanks again Brad

We were looking for a 2nd car for myself. I had my heart set on a VW Beetle. However, a friend suggested I check out the Fiat 500. We dropped into the dealership on our way to look at a Beetle. Low and Behold Archie Mcnaughton suggested I drive a Fiat and in doing so I decided that was the car for me. He was an excellent sales rep, not pressure was very understanding to my needs. My experience with Archie was no fuss and guess what - we bought the car. I would recommend using Archie for your car/truck purchase.

Fiat 500 purchase

When looking to purchase the Fiat 500, Deb was attentive and answered all my questions. Deb drove a car from the dealership to my home in Woodstock so that my wife and I could test drive it. To us, that is real customer service, which is greatly appreciated. Great car, great service! Thanks Deb!!

We have dealt with Oxford Dodge for years and years and will continue to do so. So many people there we have gotten to know. Always feel like we are part of their family when we go in for service, and also just to say hello to our favourite salesperson Robert Tiedeman.

i will never again go to this dealership for anything. the van they sold is is crap! since we bought it we have had nothing but electrical issues and it keeps stalling when you drive it and of course the techs can't find anything wrong with it. really?? cause i googled it and found lots, CBC Marketplace did a freaking story on it. the body shop sucks, the first time the painted our van after an accident there were runs in the paint and it had to be redone. no thanks, i will make the drive out of town to a dealership from now on.
