It is the bad experience I had in my life, very bad experience, not because of I am hater. I can explain why and give you reasons that why I had bad experience. They suppose to send me a check they told me they will send me in 3 business days but it is 1 month I didn’t receive it every time I call they won’t answer after they answer they put me in the hold and they tell me will will send you but they don’t again I call they say we will send you but again they don’t. They take money in 1 second but giving you back they Make you tired.

I bought 2017 civic 3 years ago and I loved your service. I was called to trade in for 2020. My first stipulation was that I would get 18,000 for my car and you agree plus all season tires and floor mats, and everything else that comes with the car. When I signed for the car it was only 15,000 they gave me, the excuse I got was all the items I got for the car added up to the 18,000. I Contacted them about the contract less then a week later and told them how I was unhappy with the 3,000 difference, and to compensate me or fix it and I got the excuse again that it was the options. I will never deal with ur company again unless it’s made right don’t ever contact me again.
