The staff at Wheaton Kia made my recent car-buying experience very easy. I love that salespeople don’t attack you like a vulture when you get to the lot. The salesman (Chris) went over all the features of my car to ensure I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I definitely recommend stopping by Wheaton Kia.

Both Chris Gervais and Chris Willard were very patient and helpful, but Chris G went above and beyond. He walked me through setting the features of my vehicle. I spoke to him on 3 seperate occasions and he was very clear on every question I asked.

Very pleased with the service we received at Wheaton Kia. I called to see if we could test drive a vehicle, they had it pulled up to the door and warmed up by the time we got there. Every staff member was friendly and hospitable from the moment we walked through the doors. Our sales rep Greg was knowledgeable, thorough, approachable, relaxed and never once made us feel pressured to buy. The finance manager, Kris, was patient and personable, taking time to explain all of our options for financing and the pros and cons to each option. When we decided to buy, they promptly had the car detailed, fueled up, shone up, the paper work completed and had us on the road in a short time frame. AND BEST OF ALL WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CAR! It rides great, its beautiful, suits our needs and is great on gas. THANKS TO KIA STAFF FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Went to the parts counter and waited for over 20 minutes when it wasn't busy. ( no other customers in store ) Was asked twice if I needed help, but no one showed up until the third time asked

From the moment I walked through the door to when I drove off the lot, Chris was there to greet and assist me in my hunt for a new SUV. After he carefully heard my requirements for what I needed in a new vehicle he was quick to recommend the exact ride I decided to purchase. I felt comfortable and welcomed during the process and overall satisfied with the whole experience. Quoted $1800 + labour for a $7 part installed in 20 mins by another company. Also said nothing wrong with heater, which wasn’t blowing air, as it turns out needs a new blower motor and a resister. Take your car somewhere else!!
